Our loyal network of zombie carrier pigeons are environmentally friendly and use renewable energy sources so it costs us nothing but the corpses of our foes to be able to generously spare you the cost of having Hate in the Box goodies and treats make it to your door.

Returns are worked out on a case by case basis. The zombie pigeons aren't so good at flying backwards, so the cost of returning items is generally paid by the sender. If you want to discuss a return, email gnomes@hateinthebox.com telling us what you want to return, under what name you purchased it and the reason you want to return it.

Provide as much information as possible so that when we shake the Magic 8 Ball that decides if you get a return or not it has as much input as possible to invoke it's wisdom properly.
